Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania before embarking on a nearly decade-long career in journalism. She was an anchor and reporter at WCIA in Champaign, delivering impactful stories to viewers in more than a dozen counties.
Jessica has developed a love of storytelling and a deep understanding of breaking complex information into easily digestible content. In her role as Marketing and Outreach Specialist, she helps coordinate engagement and outreach initiatives to spread the mission of the CCIL.
