Funding Opportunities

The CCIL was founded to build and provide support for Illinois cancer research teams to develop new ideas and innovative approaches bridging the engineering–biology continuum.

The CCIL Seed Grant Program supports multiple interdisciplinary research proposals. The program runs annually and facilitates collaboration, builds thematic research, and supports data collection. The Seed Grant Program is one mechanism to support cancer research, but a variety of external funding opportunities exist for cancer researchers.
