Bioengineering Assistant Professor Roy Dar received the Illinois Student Senate Teaching Excellence Award at the end of the spring 2018 semester. This award, which is run entirely by students, is presented each year to about 5 faculty from across campus for their dedication and drive to educate U of I students.
