Tani Adeniba

Research Program Manager

Tani Adeniba provides strategic guidance and manages operational efforts to advance collaborative cancer research. She partners with program leaders to drive planning, stakeholder engagement, and the development of translational initiatives that align with the Center’s mission. Tani brings over seven years of experience managing cross-functional teams and research projects across academic and industry settings. Before joining the CCIL, she was a Research Associate in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also brings cross-industry experience as a Project Manager and Business Partner in the finance and energy sectors, where she specialized in process improvement and business transformation. She holds a Master’s in Community Health and a Ph.D. in Human Development, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Tani is passionate about advancing research that bridges science and practice to improve health outcomes and promote equity.
