With over 20 years of business administration experience with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jason provides a comprehensive understanding of the university’s financial and accounting operations. In previous positions with the Office of Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation, the Prairie Research Institute, and the Office of Sponsored Programs, he has developed a network of relationships and honed skills to advance the budget and finance mission of the Cancer Center at Illinois.
Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Illinois State University and, as the Assistant Director of Finance and Resource Planning, has responsibility for daily financial operations, inventory oversight, financial commitments, budgeting and budget reporting, personnel, coordination of shared resources business activities, and serves as the CCIL’s primary contact for several university offices.
