The Cancer Center at Illinois (CCIL) provided an opportunity for students to share their research during its annual Undergraduate Research Symposium at the Beckman Institute.
Students in CCIL programs or working in CCIL member labs presented posters on topics including lung cancer, prostate cancer, glioblastoma, cancer health care disparities, and more. This event was one of several during the university’s Undergraduate Research Week.
“This was an incredible opportunity for students to share the results of their work, learn about the research conducted by their peers, and demonstrate contributions to the CCIL’s mission of transforming cancer research,” said CCIL Assistant Director for Education, Marcia Pool.
