Rohit Bhargava, CCIL Director and professor of bioengineering, has recently published a paper, “Infrared Spectroscopic Imaging Visualizes a Prognostic Extracellular Matrix-Related Signature in Breast Cancer,” in Scientific Reports.

The study identified spectral patterns of the Extracellular Matrix Cluster 3, a gene expression profile found in patients with grade III breast cancer tumors. Read more about the Bhargava Group’s work.
